Use this group box
to specify how your service data is sent to IBM.
The following options are available:

IBM service support system

To use the
Remote Service Facility to transmit the service data
to the IBM service support system,
select this radio button.

Diskette

To copy the service data
to a diskette, use this radio button.

DVD RAM cartridge

To copy the service data to a DVD RAM cartridge, select
this radio button.
